Monday Massage & Yoga :)

Good morning everyone,

I'm in the office today, so if you don't already have an appointment for a massage, please call and get scheduled today! For the month of January, If you buy a 90 minute massage you get $20 off!!! All first time clients are $50 an hour, and regular price is $80 an hour.

Back to yoga tonight! I'm looking forward to getting back on track with our monday night yoga classes at 7pm! See you tonight!

I MISS YOU ALL!!!

Hello strangers,

I feel like it's been forever since I've seen my yoga and massage peeps! I really enjoyed my Christmas's with family and friends, and I hope you did to. I'm looking forward to the new year, but I'm going to miss my Emma and Waterfeel :(

I'm looking forward to seeing you all at yoga next monday January 5th to start the new year off with some good energy!!!

If your looking for a relaxing and warm massage, I will be working this Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

Hello everyone,

To start, I just want to let you all know that YOGA is canceled all of December but I will see you all next year!!! I will be in my studio monday, wednesday & friday if your interested in a massage or a private yoga lesson! My holiday massages, certificates & private yoga sessions for December are $50 an hour! I will also be working at Waterfeel this next week on tuesday & thursday :) See you all soon!

I hope that you all are enjoying the holiday lights, smells and family. This year finances are a little tight for some, so I just wanted to suggest a few gift ideas you can do that are thoughtful and cheap :). Put your mind as well as your heart in the true spirit of the season, and soon you'll be humming Christmas tunes and relaxing in the magic you thought was only for children. Christmas doesn't have to mean a yearly burden that is paid off in monthly installments. It is the season to create treasured memories and gifts that last a lifetime!

Ideas:
*Printing out a picture (old or new) of family, friends or yourself and framing it or making a small album!

*Baking cookies or google your favorite sweets and woop some up & put it in decorative disposable plastic containers to add that special touch!

*Go to a pottery painted by you studio and personalize a piece of pottery.

*Make a coupon book with different things you will do for a lover, friend or family. example: "I will cook you dinner & do the dishes" "20 minute foot rub" "baby sit"....get creative with this one depending on who it's for ;)!
