Taking a little vacation :) |
I'm taking some time off work to relax and rejuvinate myself so I can be 100% for all of you. Being a massage therapist is a very physical job, and its important to take time off so I don't get burnt out. I will be back to work on May 28th. I will not be taking calls or emails until the 27th. Back in action! |
I'm back in action this week! I went to Vegas last friday and came back monday night. I was to exhausted to even blog for yesterday, and I was booked with massage all day. So my 4 day visit was to spend time with my sister, we stayed at Cancun resort saturday & sunday and had a very relaxing Mothers day. I highly recommend Cancun resort because it's beautiful and the service was great! As for today, I'm at waterfeel in mesa with Tabitha all day if you would like an appointment! 480-307-6127 Look forward to seeing you soon! The RAIN yesterday was amazing!!! |

The RAIN yesterday was amazing!!! I was at Waterfeel in Mesa working when I heard a very loud thunder. I looked outside and noticed it was getting very cloudy, so I stepped outside and it started sprinkling and with every thunder I was so happy for the storm to roll in! It rained so hard with a little hail, and I figured it would pass through quickly but it lasted for about 4 to 5 hours! I just have to thank my client "Paul Newman", that's his nickname....lol...for doing his magical rain dance the day before. On Tuesday, Paul and I were talking about the 10% chance of rain for Wednesday and how we really need it, and as he was leaving I asked him to do a rain dance for us......so I guess it worked, LOL!!! I know all of us here in dry desert Arizona appreciate the rain so much because we don't get enough of it. Well, I hope you all have a great weekend and I hope to see you next week or whenever your schedule allows it!

Wednesday |
Today I'm at waterfeel in mesa with Tabitha all day if you would like an appointment. Ok people were half way through the week and MOTHERS DAY is just around the corner, so start planning something to do for that special lady who means something to you. I'm sometimes a procrastinator and end up getting the leftovers for my mom, but I've been trying to change those things about myself. Maybe get online and send her some chocolate covered strawberries or flowers. Their are so many things you can do, just dont wait until the last minute! Have a beautiful day! |

Update on "Black Out", you can skip back to an older blog called "Black Out" if you don't remember me talking about this. I love this product, it really helps me sleep! I've let others know about this product and they have given me positive feedback. I started with half a scoop, and worked my way up to one scoop. A little advice about "Black Out", use plenty of water with it because it's a little tart to taste but it's yummy! Another thing, only use it when you really need it so you don't become immune to it. Sleep is very important to your mental and physical health, so make sure your getting at least 7-8 hours a day.
