Water-Chi Day!!!

Yoga was amazing last night!!! Thanks to those who took time for yourselves to open your body, mind and soul to the whole experience of yoga....I feel more confident with every class I teach....Namaste'.....see you all and more next week!

Hot Springs Tuesday............

Out at the private hot springs today!!!

Come join me and Emma in a 97 degree saltwater pool for a relaxing therapy. To start the therapy, we will hold you while you float on you back and move your body through the water for about 20min....then you will enjoy the bubbles massaging you in the spa for about 5min....last but not least, you will receive a massage for the remanding time.
